So what's the story?

Axel lives alone with their father, Drake, on a mountain enclosed within a gray barrier. One day, Axel crosses the barrier and discovers that the world outside is full of magic. By entering the world of Alesseia, Axel also gets involved with some peculiar children, a few villainous schemes, family drama, magical politics, and a prophecy of seven heroes incapable of murder. Fate may be more complicated and unkinder than anyone expected. Nothing is as it seems.
